Research topic: Nanoscale Biophysics Approach to Study Protein Amyloids

Position(s): 1 (one)

Duration: 1 year extendable up to 2 years

Emoluments: Standard DST fellowship (Rs. 36,000 per month + 10% HRA)

Essential qualifications: The potential candidate should have a PhD preferably in Physics/Physical Chemistry/ Biophysics and should have expertise in Atomic force microscopy (AFM)/Optics/Surface and/or Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS/TERS). These experiences should be clearly mentioned in the CV and/or should be indicated in published paper(s). Background in Biology is NOT required. Candidates who have submitted PhD thesis OR are submitting thesis soon can also apply.
