Walk-in interview for a post-doc position in low-temperature physics

Essential Qualifications: PhD in Physics
The candidates must have good experience on low-temperature experiments (including running superconducting magnets) and ultra-high vacuum systems. The candidates must have expertize in interfacing scientific equipment for data acquisition using both python and lab-view. The candidates must be comfortable with linux-based operating systems. After they join the lab, the candidates will be expected to take part in new instrument designing, machining, testing and giving training to the students. Therefore, the candidates must have sound background and strong motivation for low-temperature research.
The candidates without sound knowledge of computers and interfacing and with no low-temperature experience need not appear for the interview.
