Walk in interview for Project Assistant (PA) in a research project funded
by Wellcome Trust-DBT India Alliance
IISER-Mohali (Department of Biological Sciences) desires to engage PROJECT ASSISTANT on purely temporary basis on contract under the Wellcome Trust-DBT India Alliance sponsored research project at IISER-Mohali.
Project Title: Role of Small GTP-Binding Protein Arl8 and its Effectors in Regulating Lysosomal Trafficking and Microbial Killing

Name of Position: Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or equivalent in Biology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology & Genetics with a good academic record. Prior experience in molecular biology techniques and protein-protein interactions techniques is essential. Experience in working with Bioinformatics and mammalian cell culture is an added advantage.
Emoluments: As per DST/DBT rules
Duration: Initially for 6 months and extendable for 1 year
