Walk-in interview on November 11, 2019 to work as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a research project funded by the SERB-DST

Title: Natural variation of plant root development under high temperature stress in Arabidopsis.

Number of Positions: 01

Duration:  One year (extendable after review)

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in any branch of life sciences with minimum 65% marks. Prior research experience in plant genetics and physiology, plant molecular biology, bioinformatics, image analysis and biochemistry is highly desirable. Candidates should have qualified any of the national tests like CSIR-UGC-DBT NET / GATE etc with a valid score.

Emoluments: Emoluments as per DST norms and as sanctioned in the project.

Venue: Office: 3F8, Academic block – 2, IISER Mohali.

All the applicants willing to appear for a walk-in interview are requested to bring a detailed bio-data (three copies), educational testimonials from class 10th onwards, proof of date of birth, proof of experience (if any) e.g., summaries of projects done and experience certificate of previous projects, and certificate of qualifying national test like CSIR-UGC-DBT NET / GATE etc (if any).
