Walk in interview for Project Assistant (PA) in a chemistry research project funded by DST Climate Change SPLICE MDRP program

IISER-Mohali (Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences) desires to engage a PROJECT ASSISTANT on purely temporary basis on contract under the DST sponsored research project at IISER-Mohali.

Name of Position: Project Assistant

Essential Qualification: MSc or MTech in Chemistry /Physics / Environmental Science/ Atmospheric science. Prior experience/hands-on training in operation of GC-FID or Mass spectrometers /analytical instrument system for measurements of VOCs such as isoprene in ambient air and some background in atmospheric chemistry/ air quality analyses of gaseous pollutants is desirable.

Emoluments: As per DST Rules.

Duration: Initially for 1 year and extendable subject for up to 1 additional year subject to satisfactory performance
